Every real estate advisor brings a different perspective to the table. Mine has been shaped by working across residential sales, new development, creative strategy, and storytelling. Though more than anything, it has been shaped by observation.


Before I recommend a neighborhood, a building, or a floor plan, I take the time to understand the person making the decision. How do you live? What matters most when you walk through your front door? What chapter of life are you entering? Those answers often matter just as much as square footage or market statistics, and they shape every recommendation I make.


I began my career in Houston, Texas, representing one of the nation's largest homebuilders in one of the country's most competitive new development markets. Over the course of four master-planned communities in just 4 years, I guided more than 120 families through the home-buying process, generated more than $41 million in residential sales, and was recognized with honors including the Greater Houston Builders Association Million Dollar Circle Award, along with company awards recognizing both sales performance and customer satisfaction.


That experience taught me to evaluate homes beyond their finishes—to understand construction quality, floor plans, functionality, long-term value, and the subtle details that influence how people live within a space.


After Houston, I stepped into the world of creative strategy, partnering with hospitality and lifestyle brands to develop visual campaigns, tell compelling stories, and create experiences that resonated with people. It strengthened my ability to see not only what makes a property valuable, but what makes it memorable.


Today, I bring both disciplines together in New York City. My clients benefit from an approach that blends market expertise with design awareness, thoughtful strategy, intentional storytelling, and a deep understanding of their needs—one cultivated through genuine listening, curiosity, and years of helping people navigate life's biggest transitions with care and precision.
